Ashley Knight born and raised in Texas, has a true passion for keeping strong Texan values alive and strong thorough support of her community.  She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and graduate of Texas Wesleyan University in 2009 with top honors. 

Ashley has been inspired by the strong family traditions and values instilled by her close knit family and life experience growth to pursue the helping profession.  Backed by the belief in others and guiding philosophy of marriage as the cornerstone of our society, Ashley seeks to develop and celebrate the strength of others through individual, couples and family counseling.

Monique was born in Los Angeles, California. She relocated to Texas in 1994 and currently resides in Fort Worth. After a 7 year career as a Special Education Teacher, Monique decided to follow her dream to become a Therapist. She was accepted into the Professional Counseling program at Texas Wesleyan University where she excelled and earned her Master of Arts Degree. Monique has participated in highly acclaimed intensive trainings around the world, which include Solution-Focused and Narrative Therapy Training at the Brief Institute in London and Human Sexuality/Sex Therapy Training in Australia. Monique has experience in counseling individuals, couples and families. She also has experience within the psychiatric hospital setting, through which she assists clients who are experiencing challenging concerns ranging from mild psychosis to severe crisis/trauma.
Monique is a dedicated Therapist who possesses the innate ability to connect with her clients. Her approach is respectful and non-judgmental.  She is passionate about helping others change and develop the necessary skills for success. She thrives in seeing her clients’ progress towards and achieve their goals. Monique believes that being your authentic self is the true essence of growth and healing.

Monique K Braggs, MA, LPC

Lakeysha is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas and the State of Tennessee. She relocated to the Dallas and surrounding areas one year ago. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Memphis (Memphis, TN) in 2002. From there, she received her Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University (Minneapolis, MN) in 2008.

Lakeysha has always had a passion for counseling. she holds strong to the belief that everyone has the ability to change their undesired habits through cognitive and behavioral modifications. She genuinely enjoys helping others and seeing the progress they make through therapeutic guidance. She has over 10 years of experience helping individuals, families, couples, teens and adults with a variety of pressing issues. She has experience with chemical dependency, sexual offenders, mental health and other behavioral problems displayed by the aforementioned population. Lakeysha has worked in crisis response, residential and psychiatric hospital settings.

Beth Bolton is a Texas native but has family roots in the North East. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and received her Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2013. Beth approaches therapy with a non-judgemental, empathetic and understanding approach. She loves to help individuals develop healthier coping skills to effectively manage unwanted symptoms and change unhealthy habits. Beth has a lot of experience with children and adolescents, but also enjoys working with adults. She loves to use different techniques - such as art therapy, sand tray, and mindfulness - to help her clients reach their goals.
 
Beth recently became a 200 hour registered yoga teacher. She loves to utilize techniques that are used in a yoga class within her therapy sessions. These techniques include meditation, deep breathing, and focusing on healthy choices. Her therapy models of choice include person-centered, solution focused, and CBT. Beth has experience working with individuals and families dealing with anxiety, depression, self harming behaviors, behavioral issues, marital/relationship conflict, and parenting struggles.

Beth Bolton, MA, NCC, LPC
​Kathleen Ellis was born in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and though she traveled extensively due to her father's work in construction, Houston has been her home base. She attended R.E. Lee High School and later Sam Houston State University, graduating from Lamar University. Ms Ellis worked for Santa Maria Hostel in Houston for 5 years and taught elementary school for 28 years in the Katy school district. At age 50 she returned to school to attain a master's degree in psychology, attending Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio where she earned her LPC license.
Kathleen is also a Fetal Alcohol System trainer and has taught Nurturing parenting classes. She's worked with women in the Harris County Jail PTSD program, and was Co-director of the Prevention Program and PPI Postpartum Pregnancy Intervention program. She has recently moved to the Fort Worth area with my elderly father to be near family;she is single and has no children.

Kevin Galey grew up in the Houston area and graduated from the University of Texas with a BA in History and World Religions. He went on to receive Masters Degrees in Theology, Education and Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he also received his PhD in Counseling Psychology in 2004. Dr. Galey has over 25 years of professional counseling experience serving on staff of churches in Fort Worth as well as adjunct faculty of Psychology and Counseling at Dallas Baptist University. 
Dr. Galey has worked extensively with couples, families, and individuals assisting them in achieving their relational, emotional and spiritual goals. He integrates solid biblical principles with proven psychological theories to provide a unique approach to the counseling experience. Dr. Galey views the counseling relationship as a journey taken by the client. The counselor’s role is as an encourager/comforter whose first role is to know the client then seek to guide them.  
Dr. Galey believes in the power of healthy, caring relationships and that anyone regardless of circumstances or experiences can overcome life’s challenges and become all they were meant to be if they are willing to not go at it alone. 
Kevin has been married for 26 years and has 3 grown sons.
